Production Planning:
Create daily, weekly, and monthly production plans. Ensure raw materials (gold, gems, etc.) are available in time.
Team Management:
Supervise goldsmiths, designers, and other staff. Allocate tasks based on skills and timelines.
Quality Control:
Ensure that the jeweler meets quality and design standards. Inspect finished products for defects or errors. Process Supervision: Monitor every step of production from melting, casting, and polishing to setting stones and final.

Coordination:
Coordinate with the design, purchase, and sales teams Maintain smooth communication between departments.
Inventory Management:
Track gold and other material usage to prevent wastage or loss. Maintain accurate stock records.
Timeline Management:
Ensure orders are completed and delivered on time. Handle urgent or priority orders efficiently.
 Reporting: Prepare daily or weekly production reports for management. Highlight any issues or delays with solutions.
Purchase Management:-
 Assess Company needs and plan purchases accordingly.
 forecast material requirements based on production schedules and inventory levels. Sourcing & Supplier Management:
Identify and evaluate potential suppliers.
Negotiate contracts, pricing,



and terms with vendors.
Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers.
Monitor supplier performance and compliance with agreements.

Procurement Strategy:
Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business goals.
Analyses market trends to forecast procurement needs.
Optimize inventory levels to avoid overstocking or stock outs.
Purchasing Operations:
Issue purchase orders and approve procurement of materials.
Ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Manage procurement budgets and cost savings initiatives.
Compliance & Documentation:
Ensure all procurement activities comply with legal and internal policies.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and delivery information.
Conduct audits and prepare procurement reports.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work with departments like finance, operations, and logistics to meet purchasing needs. Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to align supply with demand.
