Role description

Product Designer with 4 6 years experience

Lead the mechanical design and development of products producing complete system designs including frames assemblies enclosures and structural components

Create detailed 3D models and technical drawings using CAD tools CreoProENGINEER CATIA SolidWorks or AutoCAD

Perform engineering analysis for mechanical strength thermal performance vibration and reliability using FEA and simulation tools eg ANSYS Workbench SolidWorks Simulation Siemens NXSimcenter

Conduct component validation testing and compliance checks against performance targets quality standards and applicable regulatory frameworks

Own BoM generation design revisions documentation and prototype support through production

Collaborate with electrical controls procurement and manufacturing teams to optimize cost quality and manufacturability

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field

Proven experience in product development and mechanical design

Proficiency in CAD modeling and FEAsimulation software

Strong grasp of engineering analysis validation methods and product lifecycle documentation

Excellent crossfunctional collaboration and problemsolving skills
