About the Role

Grandeur Net is looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our digital marketing and IT team. The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging graphics, social media creatives, advertisements, reels, promotional videos, and other visual content for the company and its clients.

The role requires a strong understanding of social media design, branding, video editing, visual storytelling, and current digital trends.

Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design

- Design creative social media posts, carousels, stories, banners, flyers, brochures, and advertisements.
- Create creative assets for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and websites.
- Develop visually appealing designs according to client requirements and brand guidelines.
- Create thumbnails, promotional creatives, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Maintain consistency in fonts, colors, layouts, and overall brand identity.
- Develop multiple creative concepts and variations when required for campaigns.

Video Editing

- Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, advertisements, and client videos.
- Add transitions, text animations, subtitles, music, sound effects, and basic motion graphics.
- Edit raw footage into engaging and professional marketing videos.
- Optimize videos according to different social media platform formats.
- Understand pacing, storytelling, hooks, and visual elements that improve social media engagement.
- Keep up with trending reel formats, editing styles, sounds, and visual trends.

Client & Team Coordination

- Coordinate with the Digital Marketing, SEO, Social Media, Content, and Project teams.
- Understand creative requirements and convert ideas into high-quality visual content.




- Make revisions based on client/team feedback.
- Handle multiple client projects while maintaining quality and deadlines.
- Ensure all assigned creatives and videos are delivered within the required timeline.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Graphic Design and Video Editing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, or equivalent tools.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of social media formats and digital marketing creatives.
- Strong sense of typography, composition, color, and visual hierarchy.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate recent design ideas.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, Animation, Video Editing, or a related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred; strong freshers with an impressive portfolio may also be considered.
- A portfolio showcasing graphic design and video editing work is mandatory.

Preferred Experience

Experience in a digital marketing agency, advertising agency, branding company, or creative agency will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
