Job Role – Machinery Inventory Manager

Location: Andheri MIDC, Mumbai

Job Summary

The Machinery Inventory Manager is responsible for managing the inventory of manufacturing machinery, equipment, spare parts, tools, and engineering assets. The role ensures machine availability, accurate inventory records, preventive maintenance coordination, and effective asset utilization.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain inventory records of machinery, equipment, and spare parts.
- Monitor stock levels of critical spare parts and consumables.
- Coordinate with the Purchase and Maintenance teams for timely procurement.
- Conduct physical verification and inventory audits.
- Track machine maintenance, servicing, and asset history.
- Ensure ERP records are accurate and up to date.
- Prepare inventory and maintenance MIS reports.




- Support machine installation, relocation, and disposal activities.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety standards.

Qualifications

- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree..

Experience

- 3–5 years of experience in machinery inventory, engineering stores, or maintenance.
