Where You'll Make a Difference

- Ensure accurate inventory valuation, costing, and financial reporting.

- Drive timely and high-quality period-end close activities.

- Analyze inventory and production variances to identify root causes and business impacts.

- Support inventory reconciliations, backlog resolution, and audit compliance.

- Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, and Plant teams to improve inventory processes and controls.

- Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and accuracy.

What Makes You the Right Fit?

- 2 to 5 years of experience in Accounting, Inventory Accounting, Costing, or Shared Services.

- Robust understanding of reconciliations, inventory accounting, and financial analysis.

- Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP.

- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.

- Effective communication and collaboration skills.





How Would You Stand Out?

- Hands-on experience with actual costing, inventory valuation, and allocation cycles.

- Strong knowledge of PPV, production variance analysis, and inventory controls.

- Proven experience in period-end close and audit support activities.

- Ability to identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

- Exposure to manufacturing, plant finance, or supply chain accounting environments.

- Advanced SAP and Excel skills for reporting and analysis.

pending regulatory approvals and other closing conditions. The Food Ingredient business unit will remain a part of IFF until close and, at such time, it will transition to CVC Capital Partners.
