About the Role

We're looking for a full stack developer to build and maintain our CRM platform — a React frontend backed by Node.js/Express APIs and a PostgreSQL database, deployed on AWS. You'll work across the full stack: building UI features, designing and extending APIs, writing database migrations, and deploying your own changes. This is a hands-on role for someone comfortable owning a feature from design to production.

This is fully an in-office job. No WFH.

Responsibilities

- Build and maintain features in a React/TypeScript web application
- Design, build, and maintain REST APIs using Node.js and Express
- Design database schemas and write migrations for a PostgreSQL database
- Implement authentication, authorization, and role-based access control
- Write clean, tested, maintainable code and participate in code review
- Package and deploy services with Docker to cloud infrastructure
- Debug and resolve issues across the stack, including in production
- Collaborate with other developers on shared code and data

Tech Stack

- Frontend: React, TypeScript, Vite, Tailwind CSS, REST APIs
- Backend: Node.js, Express, TypeScript, Sequelize (or similar ORM), JWT auth
- Database & Cloud: PostgreSQL, Docker, AWS, Git

Deployment Requirements This role includes deployment — it isn't handed off to someone else.

- Experience containerizing applications with Docker,



including writing and maintaining Dockerfiles
- Hands-on experience deploying to a cloud platform — AWS preferred (ECS/Fargate, EC2, or similar)
- Comfortable managing environment configuration and secrets across dev, staging, and production
- Ability to debug production issues: reading logs, checking service health, and rolling back a bad deploy
- Familiarity with basic cloud networking concepts — load balancers, databases, and container registries

Requirements

Must-have:

- 2+ years of professional full stack development experience
- Solid JavaScript/TypeScript skills
- Experience with React or a similar frontend framework
- Experience with Node.js and building REST APIs
- Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL preferred)
- Working knowledge of Docker and cloud deployment (AWS preferred)
- Comfortable with Git and collaborative development workflows

Nice-to-have:

- Experience with an ORM such as Sequelize, Prisma, or TypeORM
- Experience with multi-tenant or SaaS applications
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with real-time features (WebSockets)
- Exposure to mobile app backends or cross-platform teams

Pay: ₹380,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
