Job Summary

Hindustan Gold Industries is looking for detail-oriented and responsible B.Com graduates to join our Metal Accounting and Bullion team. The role offers an opportunity to build a career in the Precious Metals Industry with hands-on exposure to gold and silver inventory, bullion movement, reconciliation, production records, and metal accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate records of gold and silver receipts, issues, transfers, and stock balances.
- Monitor and record movement of precious metals across refinery, production, laboratory, stores, and other designated areas.
- Perform daily reconciliation of physical metal stock with system and accounting records.
- Verify weight, quantity, purity-related records, and supporting documents as per established procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of bullion received, issued, transferred, and dispatched.
- Coordinate with Production, Refinery, Laboratory, Stores, and Accounts teams for accurate metal accounting.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly metal inventory and reconciliation reports.
- Assist in physical stock verification and periodic inventory checks.




- Update and maintain records in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Ensure proper documentation and traceability of precious metal movements.
- Identify discrepancies and coordinate with concerned departments for timely resolution.
- Follow company SOPs, internal controls, security procedures, and confidentiality requirements.

Candidate Profile

- B.Com graduate; freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Strong numerical and analytical ability.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of accounting and inventory management.
- Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Responsible and trustworthy approach to handling sensitive inventory.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment and rotational shifts.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
