Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Administration

- Manage users, roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings.
- Configure and maintain custom objects, record types, workflows, validations, and page layouts.
- Perform data management and platform maintenance activities.

Salesforce Development

- Design, build, and deploy solutions using Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, and SOQL.
- Develop integrations with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Implement process automation using Flows, Process Builder, and custom code.

Business & Stakeholder Support

- Gather and analyze business requirements.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams.
- Provide user support, guidance, and training.

Reporting & Analytics

- Build and maintain reports and dashboards.
