We’re looking for a hybrid Creative Web Developer who lives at the intersection of technical engineering, high-end visual design, and modern search visibility. You know how to turn static designs into interactive, fluid web experiences packed with custom animations, complex physics-driven interactions, flawless performance, and contemporary AI-driven SEO architecture.

What You’ll Do

- Interactive Web Builds: Build pixel-perfect, highly responsive web experiences from Figma designs with smooth, high-level UI animations and custom interactions.
- WordPress Custom Development: Develop clean, scalable WordPress sites from scratch (using custom themes/builders like Elementor Pro or Bricks) without relying on bloated, heavy plugins.
- High-Level Motion Engineering: Implement dynamic scroll animations, hover states, 3D Canvas scenes, and micro-interactions using modern JavaScript libraries.
- AI SEO & Search Architecture: Implement modern, AI-optimized technical SEO (schema markup, GEO/Generative Engine Optimization, structured data for AI search models, fast indexation setups, and programmatic SEO foundations).
- Performance & Optimization: Ensure sub-second loading speeds, clean responsive layouts across all viewports, cross-browser compatibility, and Core Web Vitals optimization.




- Collaborate Across Pillars: Work directly with our Creative Director and Senior Strategist to push technical design boundaries while keeping code clean and maintainable.

Required Tech Stack & Tools

- Core Web Stack: Advanced HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, JavaScript (ES6+), and React.
- Animation & Creative Web: Expertise in GSAP (GreenSock), Framer Motion, and Three.js or Lottie for complex WebGL/Canvas interactions.
- CMS & Frameworks: Deep experience with WordPress (Custom Themes, PHP, Advanced Custom Fields), plus modern site builders or headless setups (Webflow, Next.js is a plus).
- AI SEO & Technical Tools: Expertise in Schema.org JSON-LD, RankMath/Yoast, Google Search Console, AI search optimization frameworks (GEO), and programmatic page generation.
- Design & Version Control: Proficiency in Figma (design-to-code workflow) and Git / GitHub.
