Roles & Responsibilities:

- We are looking for a Data Engineering who will be responsible for building, maintaining and optimizing ETL/ ELT pipelines.
- You are expected to build and manage data solutions, data models, creating ETL processes etc.
- Develop and optimize ETL processes to ingest, transform and integrate various pharma data sources to provide holistic insights from data.
- Responsible for performing EDA (exploratory data analysis), troubleshoot data related issues and implementing data quality mechanisms to ensure the accuracy of data.
- Proactive documentation and applying best practices to bring efficiency.

Required Technical Skills

- Hands-on experience in Data Analysis, Data Marts, Data Warehouse,



Data Modelling, ETL, any cloud experience AWS/ Azure.
- Extensive experience in programming language like SQL, Python, Pyspark.
- Relevant hands-on experience in AWS services like S3, Glue, Lambda, CloudWatch, Athena.
- Experience in Dataiku will be a plus
- Good knowledge in Data management, data operations, data quality and data governance.
- Working experience in Dataiku and Snowflake as database.
- Knowledge of SFDC, Waterfall/ Agile methodology.
- Working experience in Pharma domain.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or master’s Engineering/ MCA or equivalent degree.
- 1-3 years of relevant industry experience as Data Engineer.
- High motivation, good work ethic, maturity, self-organized and personal initiative.
- Ability to work collaboratively with team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
