To independently manage the complete factory operations of ensuring production targets, quality, manpower, material availability, cost control and timely dispatch are achieved efficiently.

Key Responsibilities Plan and control daily, weekly and monthly production as per work orders and delivery schedules. Manage complete manufacturing operations for modular furniture, school furniture, office furniture and portable cabins. Allocate manpower, machines and materials to achieve production targets. Supervise carpenters, fabricators, welders, helpers, machine operators and other factory staff. Maintain strict quality control at every stage of production and before dispatch. Monitor consumption of MDF, HDMR, particle board, laminates, MS sections, hardware and other raw materials. Maintain proper raw material, WIP and finished goods inventory. Coordinate with purchase/stores for timely availability of materials. Ensure proper machine operation,



preventive maintenance and minimum breakdown/downtime. Implement 5S, housekeeping, safety and discipline throughout the factory. Reduce material wastage, rejection, rework and production costs. Maintain production records, job cards, stock records and daily MIS reports. Coordinate with management, purchase, design, sales and dispatch teams. Ensure finished products are properly packed and dispatched on schedule. Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions. Train, motivate and monitor factory employees and supervisors. Maintain discipline, attendance and productivity of factory manpower. Take responsibility for achieving production, quality and delivery KPIs

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
