We're Hiring: Performance Marketer

KEY: Hands-on experience with Meta Ads is MANDATORY. If you have not worked on Meta Ads or do not have practical experience running Meta campaigns, PLEASE DO NOT APPLY.

Experience: 3+ Years

Work Mode: Work From Office – 5 Days + 2 Alternate Saturdays

Location: Gurugram, Sec 65th (Metro station 55-56 Rapid Metro is 4-5 Kms away from office location)

We’re looking for a Performance Marketer with strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads to manage and optimize paid campaigns focused on lead generation and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns.

Manage audiences, budgets, creatives, placements, and bidding.

Monitor and improve CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversions.





Conduct A/B testing and campaign optimization.

Track and analyze campaign performance and prepare reports.

Work with Meta Pixel, GA4 & GTM for conversion tracking.

Requirements

3+ years of Performance Marketing experience.

Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager is mandatory.

Experience in lead generation/conversion campaigns.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Google Ads/GA4/GTM knowledge will be an added advantage.
