About the job

As a Learner Support Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing customer-success strategies, building strong relationships with learners and collaborating with stakeholders internally and externally to deliver consistently excellent customer experiences.

Responsibilities

· Coordinating with the faculties with respect to academic operations.

· Ownership of the end-to-end learning journey of the participants to ensure learning outcomes are met and participants have a great learning experience with high satisfaction levels.

· Complete ownership of all the operational responsibilities around scheduling and delivery activities, including but not limited to, online sessions, webinars, etc. This will require engagement with a variety of stakeholders like senior managers, academicians, industry professionals and many other internal and external stakeholders.





· Understand and drive engagements on the learning management system.

· Monitor project deliverables.

· Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

· Minimum 1 year of Industry Experience.

. Customer support experience is preferred.

· Bachelor’s or master's degree in any field.

. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
