Multimedia Trainer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Multimedia Trainer to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training in multimedia design, animation, video editing, motion graphics, and related creative technologies. The role requires a robust blend of technical expertise, instructional skills, and a passion for mentoring aspiring creative professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging and industry-relevant training sessions in Multimedia, Graphic Design, Video Editing, Motion Graphics, and Animation.
- Train students on industry-standard software, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Blender, and other relevant tools.
- Develop lesson plans, course materials, assignments, and practical exercises aligned with learning objectives.
- Conduct assessments, evaluate student performance, and provide constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.




- Guide students in creating professional portfolios and real-world projects.
- Monitor student attendance, progress, and overall course completion.
- Stay updated with emerging industry trends, technologies, and best practices in multimedia and digital design.
- Collaborate with the Academic and Placement teams to enhance student learning outcomes and employability.
- Maintain accurate training records, assessment reports, and student performance documentation.
- Ensure effective utilization and maintenance of multimedia lab resources and equipment.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Multimedia, Animation, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and Blender.
- Prior teaching, training, or industry experience in multimedia-related fields is preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
