We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Chief Security Officer (CSO) to lead our organization’s security strategy and operations. The CSO will be responsible for safeguarding our assets, personnel, and information through comprehensive security programs, policies, and procedures. Duties

- Develop, implement, and oversee all security policies, procedures, and protocols to protect organizational assets and personnel.
- Lead security operations including surveillance systems, access control systems, and physical security measures across multiple locations.
- Manage security teams by providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations to ensure high standards of safety and professionalism.
- Conduct thorough background checks on new hires and vendors to maintain a secure workforce environment.
- Coordinate emergency response efforts including first aid administration, CPR procedures, and crisis management during incidents or threats.
- Perform regular security audits, surveillance reviews, and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and improve security measures.




- Ensure compliance with all applicable security regulations and standards while maintaining detailed reports on incidents, investigations, and operational activities.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in security management, law enforcement, military service or related fields with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
- Strong knowledge of security systems including surveillance technology, access control systems, and alarm monitoring.
- Excellent report writing skills coupled with the ability to perform detailed investigations and maintain accurate records.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications for documentation, communication, and operational planning purposes.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively within fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail.
- Physical fitness for performing tasks such as heavy lifting or physical security duties when required.
- Exceptional conflict management skills combined with customer service orientation to handle sensitive situations professionally.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
