We’re scaling up. We need a Senior Designer / Strategist to serve as the Creative Director’s right hand and strategic design lead—someone who blends big-picture creative strategy with sharp execution, reviews work with an eagle eye, and co-leads projects so our creative leadership can focus on high-value growth.

What You’ll Do

- Right-Hand Strategic Support to the CD: Work shoulder-to-shoulder with the Creative Director to translate business goals into creative briefs, position brands strategically, and step in as project lead when needed.
- Lead Design & Strategic Execution: Uncover core brand positioning and execute visual systems, guidelines, and collateral that make our clients outshine their competition.
- Filter Quality: Serve as the first line of defense. You’ll review junior designer output for sharp typography, layout precision, and strategic alignment before anything touches the CD’s desk.
- Command Client Conversations:



Present creative directions and strategic rationale directly to key client stakeholders with conviction, clarity, and objective reasoning.
- Build Scalable Systems: Create robust Figma libraries, moodboards, and strategy frameworks that keep the team fast, aligned, and razor-sharp.
- Bridge Specializations: Partner with contract video editors and web developers to ensure strategic alignment and brand consistency across every channel.

What You Bring to the Table

- Experience: 3 to 5 years executing high-grade design and creative strategy in a fast-paced studio or agency setting.
- Tech & Strategic Mastery: Speed and precision in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma, paired with a solid grasp of brand strategy and positioning frameworks. Corel Draw - a bonus!
- A Rock-Solid Portfolio: Case studies that prove you know how to link strategic thinking directly to visual execution—not just create pretty logos.
- High Ownership: Able to articulate the why behind design choices, take feedback constructively, and mentor junior designers without micromanaging.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
