MIS Reporter – Roles & Responsibilities

- Collect daily, weekly and monthly data from Production, Stores, Purchase, Sales, Quality, HR and Accounts departments.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports as required by Management.
- Prepare production reports including production quantity, target vs. achievement and pending production.
- Prepare material and inventory reports in coordination with Stores and Purchase.
- Prepare purchase reports such as pending POs, material received and outstanding orders.
- Prepare sales reports including customer orders, dispatch details and pending orders.
- Prepare attendance, manpower and overtime reports in coordination with HR.
- Prepare department-wise performance and productivity reports.
- Collect data from concerned departments and verify the accuracy before preparing reports.
- Maintain MIS data and records in Excel / ERP / company software.
- Prepare target vs. actual reports and highlight major variances.
- Monitor pending activities and follow up with concerned departments for updated information.




- Prepare management reports and presentations as required.
- Maintain proper records of daily and monthly MIS reports for future reference.
- Coordinate with different departments to obtain data within the required timeline.
- Identify data discrepancies and coordinate with the concerned department for correction.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and management information.
- Support Management in providing required data for meetings, audits and decision-making.
- Prepare special reports and analysis as assigned by Management.
- Ensure MIS reports are submitted accurately and on time.
- Perform other MIS and reporting activities assigned by the Management

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
