A Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a retail showroom, ensuring that sales targets are met, customer service is excellent, and the showroom environment is attractive and compliant with company standards

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Staff Management: Lead and motivate the sales team to meet objectives, coach staff on sales techniques, and resolve internal conflicts

Customer Service: Provide excellent service, handle complaints, answer queries, and build strong customer relationships

Inventory & Stock Control: Monitor stock levels, arrange displays for visual appeal, order supplies, and ensure test models are in top condition

Showroom Design & Presentation: Maintain an attractive, brand-aligned layout; coordinate promotional displays and events

Marketing Coordination: Work with the marketing team to implement campaigns, promotions, and sales strategies

Financial & Administrative Duties: Manage budgets, process invoices, maintain customer databases, and prepare sales and performance reports

Ensure adherence to health, safety, and legal regulations

Typical Qualifications

Proven experience in retail showroom or similar sales environments

Sales, customer service, or retail management background

Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (advantageous)

Proficiency in office software and inventory systems hiring

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
