Job Summary

Digi Epitome Technology is looking for a creative, organized, and result-driven Social Media Executive with minimum 1 year of experience in Social Media Management and Digital Marketing.

The candidate will be responsible for content planning, content calendars, social media posts, trending content, hashtag strategy, post scheduling, Meta Ads, lead generation, campaign monitoring, performance reporting, and coordination of the Graphic Designer, Video Editor, and Web Designer team.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant social media platforms.
- Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly content calendars based on business and marketing objectives.
- Plan, create, and coordinate social media posts, reels, stories, videos, captions, and other content.
- Research and create trending, engaging, and audience-relevant content.
- Develop appropriate hashtags, captions, keywords, and CTAs to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Schedule and publish posts consistently using appropriate social media scheduling tools.
- Plan, create, launch, manage, and optimize Meta Ads for Facebook and Instagram.
- Set appropriate campaign objectives, audiences, budgets, creatives, and placements.
- Monitor Meta Ads performance, including reach, engagement, clicks, leads, conversions, and campaign costs.
- Analyze campaign performance and make necessary changes to improve lead quality, engagement, and overall campaign results.
- Generate and improve quality leads through social media and paid advertising campaigns.
- Coordinate and handle the work of Graphic Designers, Video Editors, and Web Designers.
- Provide clear creative briefs, references, content requirements, and deadlines to the team.




- Review and ensure the quality of social media creatives, videos, captions, and other marketing content before publishing.
- Ensure all content and creatives follow the company's brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Track and report social media performance, including reach, engagement, followers, leads, and advertising performance.
- Stay updated with social media trends, trending content formats, Meta Ads updates, and digital marketing practices.
- Use ChatGPT and other AI tools for content ideas, research, captions, content planning, and marketing activities.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing.
- Practical experience with Meta Ads and social media platforms is required.
- Experience in content planning, post scheduling, paid advertising, lead generation, and social media analytics preferred.
- Experience coordinating Graphic Designers, Video Editors, and Web Designers will be an advantage.
- Portfolio/work samples of social media management, content, or advertising campaigns preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
