We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter / IT Recruitment professional with 3–4 years of experience in IT hiring and recruitment. The candidate should have valuable knowledge of sourcing, screening, interviewing and coordinating with candidates for various IT positions.

Key Responsibilities

· Handle end-to-end IT recruitment and hiring.

· Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals and other recruitment channels.

· Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

· Conduct initial candidate interviews and coordinate further interview rounds.

· Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.

· Coordinate with management/hiring managers for manpower requirements.

· Handle recruitment targets and ensure timely closures.

· Manage and guide recruitment team members, wherever required.

· Track interview, selection, joining and onboarding status.

· Maintain proper recruitment MIS and reports.

Candidate Requirements

· 3–4 years of relevant experience in IT Recruitment.

· Previous experience in Team Handling / Team Leading will be preferred.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Good knowledge of IT recruitment and candidate sourcing.

· Candidate should be currently residing in Bharatpur or willing to relocate to Bharatpur.

· Should be comfortable with the salary range of ₹3–4 LPA, based on experience and performance.

Pay: ₹9,450.94 - ₹30,828.71 per month
