Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations for our FMCG manufacturing business. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in manufacturing/factory accounts, Tally/ERP, GST, TDS, inventory accounting, reconciliations and MIS reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP.
- Handle purchase, sales, receipt, payment and journal entries.
- Maintain vendor, customer, cash and bank ledgers.
- Prepare and monitor Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable.
- Perform regular Bank Reconciliation and Ledger Reconciliation.
- Handle factory/manufacturing accounting and coordinate with Production, Stores, Purchase and Dispatch teams.
- Maintain accounting records related to raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods and inventory.




- Assist in stock reconciliation and identify discrepancies.
- Prepare invoices, debit notes, credit notes and other accounting documents.
- Handle GST, TDS and other applicable statutory compliances.
- Assist in preparation of GST returns, TDS data and reconciliation.
- Prepare monthly MIS, expense reports and other management reports.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing of accounts.
- Coordinate with CA, auditors, banks, vendors and customers as required.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for audits.
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality and timely completion of accounting activities.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
