DevOps Engineer – Healthcare Automation

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our healthcare automation team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, automation, CI/CD, security, and observability, with experience building and supporting scalable, reliable production environments.

Healthcare technology or healthcare integration experience is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS and/or Azure.
- Manage containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes (AKS/EKS).
- Develop and maintain infrastructure using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.
- Build, optimize, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
- Automate operational processes using Python and Bash scripting.
- Support REST APIs, API Gateways, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
- Work with messaging and streaming platforms such as Kafka and Azure Event Hub.
- Implement monitoring, logging, tracing, and alerting using OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, and related tools.
- Apply cloud security, compliance, and reliability best practices.
- Collaborate with development, QA, security, and architecture teams to improve deployment and operational processes.
- Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, deployment, performance, and production issues.





Required Skills & Experience

- 6+ years of hands-on DevOps / Cloud Engineering experience.
- Strong experience with AWS and/or Azure.
- Hands-on expertise with Docker and Kubernetes, preferably AKS or EKS.
- Strong knowledge of Terraform / Infrastructure as Code.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
- Proficiency in Python and Bash scripting.
- Experience with REST APIs and API Gateways.
- Good understanding of microservices and event-driven architecture.
- Experience with Kafka and/or Azure Event Hub.
- Hands-on experience with observability and monitoring, including OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, and Grafana.
- Strong understanding of cloud security, automation, networking, and production operations.

Good to Have

- Experience with FHIR, SMART on FHIR, HL7, or X12.
- Healthcare IT or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) experience.
- Experience with ArgoCD, Flux, Istio, or OPA.
- Exposure to MLOps / LLMOps.
- Experience working with HIPAA-compliant cloud environments.
- Knowledge of healthcare integrations and interoperability platforms.

Pay: ₹130,000.00 - ₹160,000.00 per month
