Job Description

We're looking for an Operations & Product Support Associate to work closely with the founder on day-to-day operations, vendor and department coordination, and product support activities. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who can follow structured instructions and checklists, with room to take on more independent responsibility as the company grows.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls and follow up with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments to track task completion
- Maintain status logs and share regular updates with the founder
- Assist in setting up product demo environments for prospective HoReCa clients
- Support basic product testing, including following test scripts,



logging bugs, and verifying fixes
- Handle first-line customer and client queries, escalating where needed
- Assist with light administrative tasks related to company operations, as directed

Desired Candidate Profile

- Clear spoken and written communication in English and Tamil
- Comfortable with phone-based, follow-up-heavy work
- Basic familiarity with using software products; technical background not required
- Organized, reliable, and able to follow structured instructions
- Prior internship or entry-level experience in operations, support, or customer-facing roles preferred but not mandatory
- Interest in agritech, supply chain, or food/hospitality sectors is a plus

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
