Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant and ensure an exceptional dining experience for our guests. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, operational, and customer service skills, along with the ability to manage staff, maintain service standards, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee daily restaurant operations.
- Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and customer service.
- Supervise, train, and motivate restaurant staff.
- Prepare staff schedules and monitor attendance.
- Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and vendor coordination.
- Manage billing, cash handling, and daily sales reporting.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, company policies, and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Implement promotional activities and support sales growth initiatives.
- Monitor operational costs and improve profitability.
- Prepare daily,



weekly, and monthly MIS and operational reports.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in Restaurant Operations or Hospitality Management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer handling abilities.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory management, and food safety standards.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, POS systems, and reporting tools.
- Ability to multitask and work in a rapid-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
