Lead II – Business Analysis

Experience: 7 Years Overall

Role Summary

Lead business analysis for CXI Discovery, focusing on process mapping, requirements analysis, workflow assessment, workshop support, and documentation of findings.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead current- and future-state process mapping.
- Gather and document business requirements, rules, controls, and gaps.
- Analyze claims, audit, G&A;, appeals, and regulatory workflows.
- Support stakeholder workshops and track decisions/action items.
- Collaborate with Consulting, Architecture, PMO, and Data Science teams.

Required Skills

- 7+ years overall experience with 6+ years relevant Business Analysis experience.
- US Healthcare experience mandatory, preferably Payer, Claims, Member Experience, G&A;, Audit, Appeals, or Regulatory.
- Solid in process mapping, requirements gathering, stakeholder workshops, and gap analysis.
- CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA,



or similar certification preferred.
