Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and engaging Visiting Faculty – Aptitude & Logical Reasoning to conduct aptitude training for PGDM students at our IIBS Delhi Dwarka campus. The faculty member will be responsible for developing students’ quantitative, logical reasoning, analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strong focus on placement readiness and corporate recruitment assessments.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct interactive classroom sessions in Quantitative Aptitude and Logical Reasoning.
- Deliver the prescribed aptitude curriculum in line with the academic and placement requirements of the PGDM programme.
- Strengthen students’ conceptual understanding, speed, accuracy and problem-solving techniques.
- Prepare students for campus placement aptitude tests, recruitment assessments and other competitive evaluations.
- Broad Syllabus / Training Areas: Quantitative Aptitude, Arithmetic and Applied Problem Solving, Logical Reasoning, Analytical and Spatial Reasoning, Arrangement and Puzzle-Based Reasoning, and Placement-Oriented Aptitude Practice including timed exercises and mock assessments.
- Conduct regular practice exercises, quizzes, assignments and timed assessments.
- Evaluate student performance and identify areas requiring improvement.
- Train students in appropriate shortcuts, analytical techniques and time-management strategies.




- Develop/share relevant practice material, question banks and assessment exercises.
- Maintain attendance, assessment, and student performance records.
- Coordinate with the Academic and Placement Teams regarding student progress and training requirements.
- Provide additional mentoring/support to students requiring improvement.

Desired Qualifications

- Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Management or a related discipline.
- Prior experience in Aptitude Training, Placement Training, CAT/GMAT/Banking/SSC or similar competitive examination preparation will be preferred.
- Experience in training undergraduate or postgraduate management students will be an advantage.

The position is on a Visiting Faculty basis, with sessions scheduled according to the academic timetable and the Institute's placement-training requirements.

Pay: ₹800.00 - ₹1,500.00 per hour
