About the Role

Inside Planners & Infrastructure is looking for an experienced and technically strong Civil Engineer – Interior Fit-Out & Site Execution to join our project execution team.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in commercial or corporate interior fit-out projects and be capable of managing site execution, coordinating contractors and vendors, interpreting drawings, monitoring quality and progress, and ensuring projects are delivered according to approved specifications and timelines.

This role requires a practical, detail-oriented professional who can effectively coordinate between the design team, project management team, contractors, vendors and clients.

Key ResponsibilitiesSite Execution & Project Coordination

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day site execution activities.
- Ensure all work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications and project schedules.
- Coordinate civil, interior finishing and allied works at project sites.
- Monitor manpower, productivity and work progress.
- Identify site-related technical issues and coordinate timely solutions.

Drawings, BOQ & Measurements

- Read and interpret architectural, civil and interior drawings.
- Review BOQs, specifications and quantity requirements.
- Take site measurements and prepare measurement sheets.
- Coordinate with the design team regarding drawing clarifications and site changes.
- Identify variations or discrepancies between drawings and actual site conditions.

Quality Control

- Monitor workmanship and material quality throughout project execution.
- Ensure finishing works meet company and client quality standards.




- Conduct regular site inspections and identify defects or incomplete works.
- Coordinate snagging and ensure timely closure before handover.

Vendor & Contractor Management

- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Monitor contractor work and ensure adherence to agreed timelines and specifications.
- Coordinate material requirements and deliveries with the procurement team.
- Verify material quantities and usage at site.
- Support billing and measurement verification where required.

Project Reporting & Documentation

- Maintain daily site reports and project progress updates.
- Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports as required.
- Maintain drawings, measurements, site records and project documentation.
- Escalate delays, material shortages, quality issues and other project risks to management.
- Assist in project handover and completion documentation.

Required Qualifications

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in civil construction, commercial interiors or interior fit-out projects.
- Candidates with strong experience in corporate office interiors / commercial fit-outs will be preferred.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of interior fit-out and civil execution.
- Valuable understanding of flooring, false ceiling, partitions, painting, civil finishing and related works.
- Ability to read and understand architectural, civil and MEP drawings.
- Knowledge of BOQ,



quantity estimation and measurement sheets.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and other MS Office applications.
- Strong vendor and contractor coordination skills.
- Good communication and reporting abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Good attention to detail and quality consciousness.
- Ability to manage deadlines and work in a fast-paced project environment.
