We are hiring experienced professionals for an International Customer Support – Voice Process role with a leading global ITES organization in Pallavaram, Chennai.

The selected candidate will be responsible for handling international customer interactions, understanding customer requirements, resolving queries, and providing professional customer support while maintaining service quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through an international voice process.
- Provide accurate and professional solutions to customer concerns.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and communication.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate or Undergraduate candidates can apply.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in International Voice, BPO, or Customer Service.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Willingness to work in night shifts.
- Comfortable working from the office in Pallavaram, Chennai.
- Candidates should be comfortable handling international customers.
