We are looking for a motivated Biotechnology professional to join our team in an operations and field-support role. The position involves laboratory testing, product testing, installation and demonstration of equipment, R&D; support, and coordination with customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform routine testing and support laboratory activities.
- Assist in R&D; activities, experiments, and product testing.
- Install and demonstrate instruments/equipment at customer locations.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and verification of equipment.
- Coordinate with customers regarding installation, testing, and operational requirements.
- Maintain testing records, reports, and documentation.
- Follow company SOPs, quality procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Travel to customer sites as required for installation, testing, and support.
- Coordinate with internal teams for field activities and customer requirements.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biotechnology, Microbiology,



Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Freshers and candidates with relevant experience can apply.
- Basic understanding of laboratory procedures and biotechnology concepts.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel for field assignments.
- Ability to learn technical products and perform hands-on activities.
