Social Media & Content Manager (Amazon + AI Content)

About Us

We're a home decor online business based in North America, specializing in premium decorative mirrors — windowpane, arched, full-length, wall, and floor-standing styles — sold to homeowners and interior designers across the USA and Canada on Amazon and other marketplaces. We're a small, fast-moving team scaling through content, social media, and automation, and we're looking for someone who can own our visual and social presence.

The Role

We're hiring a Social Media & Content Manager to run our day-to-day content engine — planning and posting across social platforms, producing AI-generated product images and videos, tracking what's working, and helping build out premium Amazon content. This is a hands-on, output-heavy role for someone who loves creating and can work independently.

What You'll Do

- Plan, create, and schedule content across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Facebook — building a consistent posting calendar aligned with our brand and growth goals.
- Generate high-quality AI images and videos of our mirror products for use on Amazon, social media, and ads — realistic, on-brand, and scroll-stopping.
- Create premium Amazon A+ Content modules and enhanced brand content that improve conversion and product presentation.
- Track performance metrics across social platforms and Amazon content (reach, engagement, CTR, conversion) and report on what's working.
- Support Amazon listing creation and optimization — titles, bullet points, images,



and keyword-driven copy.
- Help build and maintain our Amazon storefront layout and visual merchandising (good to have, not required on day one).
- Stay current on social and Amazon content trends, and bring ideas for what to try next.

What You Bring

- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in content creation and social media management.
- A track record of managing social accounts and producing content that performs — be ready to share a portfolio or examples.
- Experience creating AI-generated images and videos using tools such as Midjourney, Freepik, Canva AI, CapCut, or similar.
- Strong visual and design sense — you know what looks premium and what looks cheap.
- Fluent in Malayalam and English, and based in Kerala, India.
- Comfortable working remotely and independently, with a reliable internet connection.

Good to Have

- Experience with Amazon product listing creation, A+ Content, or storefront design.
- Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, or Premiere/CapCut for editing.
- Exposure to Meta Ads or Pinterest Ads.
- Prior experience in e-commerce or a home decor/lifestyle brand.
