Student Mobilization Staff member, you will play a pivotal role in recruiting and engaging students for our skill training programs. Your responsibilities will involve identifying potential candidates, promoting our training courses, and ensuring a smooth transition for students into our programs.

*Roles and Responsibilities:*

1. *Student Outreach:*

- Conduct outreach activities in the local community to identify potential candidates interested in skill training.

- Collaborate with educational institutions, community organizations, and local networks to expand the reach of our programs.

2. *Promotion and Marketing:*

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to raise awareness about our skill training programs.

- Create and distribute promotional materials, both online and offline.

3. *Candidate Assessment:*

- Screen and assess potential candidates to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria for our training programs.

- Conduct interviews or assessments to evaluate candidates' suitability.

4. *Information Dissemination:*

- Provide detailed information to prospective students about the training programs, including advantages, course content, and career opportunities.

- Address inquiries and concerns regarding the training programs.

5. *Enrollment Support:*

- Assist candidates with the enrollment process, including paperwork and documentation.

- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for students.

6. *Data Management:*

- Maintain accurate records of candidate information, enrollment status,



and program preferences.

- Generate regular reports on recruitment and enrollment metrics.

7. *Feedback Collection:*

- Gather feedback from students and prospective candidates to improve the mobilization process and program quality.

- Address any issues or concerns raised by candidates.

8. *Team Collaboration:*

- Collaborate with colleagues, trainers, and program coordinators to align mobilization efforts with training schedules and requirements.

*Qualifications:*

- Minimum 10th class or of a high school.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Marketing or sales experience is a plus.

- Knowledge of the local community and networks.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficiency in using digital tools for outreach and record-keeping.
