About the Project

Glownix Technology Solutions is currently working on an ambitious AI-generated Tamil feature film and is looking for experienced AI Video Creators / AI Filmmakers to join our remote production team.

We are building a large team of creators to produce cinematic scenes and shots for the film.

What We Are Looking For

We need creators who can produce high-quality AI video with:

- Smooth, natural and believable character motion
- Excellent character consistency
- No face changes between frames
- No facial distortion or deformation
- Stable anatomy and body proportions
- Natural hair and clothing movement
- Realistic environmental motion
- Cinematic camera movements
- Consistent lighting and visual quality
- High-quality cinematic rendering suitable for feature-film production
- Ability to follow detailed shot instructions and visual references

Motion quality and character consistency are extremely important. A visually attractive image is not enough—the character must remain consistent and the animation must look natural throughout the shot.

Responsibilities





- Create AI-generated video shots based on provided references and instructions
- Maintain character identity and visual consistency
- Produce natural and physically believable movements
- Follow specific camera, lighting, composition and animation requirements
- Revise shots based on feedback
- Deliver production-ready video files according to project specifications

Preferred Experience

Experience with AI video generation tools and workflows such as Veo, Kling, Runway, Luma, Wan, Hailuo, ComfyUI, LTX, or similar platforms is valuable.

Experience in filmmaking, animation, VFX, cinematography or visual effects is a plus.
