Job Brief

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Back Office Executive (Fresher) to join our operations team. You will support daily business functions by handling data entry, organizing records, and coordinating smoothly with internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Data Management: Accurately input, update, and maintain data in company databases, spreadsheets, and internal software.
- Documentation: Organize, sort, and store digital and physical paperwork following company protocols.
- Report Preparation: Assist senior staff in compiling daily, weekly, or monthly operational reports.
- Internal Coordination: Communicate via email or phone with various departments to resolve routine queries and track tasks.
- Administrative Support: Help maintain office inventory, manage basic correspondence, and support general workflow needs.





Requirements & Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s degree (B.Com, B.A., B.B.A., or B.Sc.) from a recognized university.
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in MS Office (specifically MS Excel and Word) with positive typing speed and accuracy.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on minimizing errors when handling numerical and textual data.
- Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
- Work Ethic: Eagerness to learn, reliability, and the ability to manage time effectively under basic supervision

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
