Team Leader – Real Estate Sales

Location: Gurgaon
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month + Incentives
Experience: 4+ Years (Minimum 1–2 Years as a Team Leader in Real Estate)

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader – Real Estate Sales to lead and manage a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate should have robust leadership skills, excellent sales knowledge, and the ability to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching.
- Generate sales through effective client handling and follow-ups.
- Assist team members in site visits and deal closures.
- Develop sales strategies to improve team performance.
- Ensure timely reporting and CRM updates.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships and ensure high service standards.

Requirements

- Minimum 4+ years of total experience in Real Estate Sales.




- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Team Leader.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented with a proven sales track record.
- Ability to manage and motivate a sales team.
