Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager with 15+ years of experience to oversee financial operations, accounting, reporting, budgeting, compliance, and financial planning. The candidate should have strong leadership skills and extensive experience managing finance functions in a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow planning, and financial analysis.
- Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.
- Ensure timely statutory compliance, including GST, TDS, income tax, and other applicable regulations.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, tax consultants, and financial institutions.
- Develop and implement effective financial controls and accounting procedures.
- Analyze financial performance and provide management with actionable insights.
- Monitor working capital, cash flow, expenses, and cost-control measures.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team.




- Support senior management in financial planning and strategic decision-making.
- Identify financial risks and recommend appropriate corrective actions.

Requirements

- 15+ years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounting.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
- CA / CMA / MBA Finance qualification will be an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash-flow management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Candidate

- Proven experience managing a finance/accounts team.
- Strong experience handling audits, taxation, banking, and statutory compliance.
- Ability to work independently and make sound financial decisions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Salary:₹80,000 - ₹1,00,000
Location: Chennai

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
