About the Role

Ghoomne Chalo is looking for a customer-focused Travel Holiday Consultant who can independently handle enquiries and create customised domestic and international holiday packages.

The ideal candidate should have solid destination knowledge, good communication skills, experience in itinerary planning and costing, and the ability to convert travel enquiries into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand customer travel requirements, budget, preferences and expectations.
- Design customised domestic and international holiday itineraries.
- Prepare complete package quotations including hotels, transfers, sightseeing, activities and other travel services.
- Coordinate with DMCs, hotels, transport suppliers and other travel partners for rates and availability.
- Compare supplier rates and prepare competitive yet profitable packages.
- Suggest suitable destinations, hotels, experiences and routing according to the client's profile.
- Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email and walk-ins.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert enquiries into bookings.
- Maintain proper records of enquiries, quotations, follow-ups and confirmed bookings.
- Coordinate with the operations team and suppliers after confirmation.
- Stay updated about destinations, hotels, visa requirements, airline routes and travel trends.
- Provide professional pre-sales and post-sales support to customers.

Candidate Requirements





- Previous experience in customised holiday packages / leisure travel sales is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of popular domestic and international destinations.
- Ability to prepare detailed itineraries and package costings independently.
- Familiarity with hotels, DMCs, sightseeing suppliers and travel portals.
- Good written and spoken English and Hindi. Punjabi would be an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation and customer-handling skills.
- Comfortable using email, WhatsApp, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and online travel portals.
- Sales-oriented approach with the ability to follow up and close enquiries.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with previous experience at a travel agency, tour operator, holiday company or OTA will be preferred.

Experience handling destinations such as Europe, Japan, Southeast Asia, UAE, Australia, New Zealand, Maldives and premium domestic holidays will be an advantage.

- Suggest the right routing
- Select suitable hotels
- Plan sightseeing and transfers
- Obtain supplier rates
- Prepare the costing
- Present the package professionally
- Follow up and convert the enquiry

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
