Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our team. This is a digital sales role involving customer communication, quotation preparation, and order coordination. No field visits are required.

Key Responsibilities

- Communicate with customers via WhatsApp, email, and other digital platforms.
- Generate leads and follow up with prospective clients.
- Prepare quotations and maintain sales records.
- Update customer data and reports in Microsoft Excel.
- Coordinate with the operations team for order processing.
- Maintain professional written communication with clients.

Requirements

- Good spoken and written English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer operations.
- Comfortable using email, WhatsApp Web,



and online tools.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Job Details

- Role: Full-time

Preferred Skills

- MS Excel (VLOOKUP, filters, basic formulas)
- Qualified email writing
- CRM or data entry experience (preferred but not mandatory)

Pay: ₹10,045.02 - ₹35,567.07 per month
