Job Title: Business Development Executive ( Telecallers)

Location: Solitaire Infosys Mohali

Job Type: Full Time ( WFO)

Experience Level: 6 Months (Not more than 1 )

Candidate must be from Punjab, Himachal Pradesh and Haryana.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to help grow our business by identifying recent opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for sales and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, and market research.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Make outbound calls to potential clients

Generate and qualify leads

Communicate product/service information effectively

Maintain call records and follow-ups

Work towards achieving targets

Required Skills and Qualifications:





Completed Bachelor’s degree in BCA, MCA, Btech, Mtech, MBA, Bsc-IT ( Not Pursuing Student)

Good communication skills in English

Basic knowledge of sales or calling process (preferred but not mandatory)

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Candidates should not be pursuing their studies

Knowledge of digital marketing or B2B sales.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience in lead generation and market research tools.
