About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and skilled Fast Food Chef to join our kitchen team in Bhavnagar. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing a variety of fast-food items while maintaining excellent taste, quality, hygiene, and presentation standards.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare a variety of quick-food items including burgers, pizzas, sandwiches, snacks, fries, and other quick-service dishes.
Ensure consistent taste, quality, portion size, and presentation.
Manage food preparation efficiently during busy service hours.
Follow standard recipes and food preparation procedures.
Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and safety.
Properly store and handle food ingredients.
Monitor ingredient usage and minimize food wastage.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and cooking equipment.
Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and timely service.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Fast Food Chef / Cook in a restaurant, café, QSR, hotel, or similar establishment.
Good knowledge of fast-food preparation techniques.
Hands-on experience preparing burgers, pizzas, sandwiches, snacks, and related items.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Strong knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to food quality.
