Job Summary

We are looking for a Store Executive / Inventory Executive to manage material receipt, storage, issue and inventory records. The role involves maintaining stock accuracy and supporting smooth stores operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive, verify and store incoming materials as per purchase orders.
- Maintain accurate stock records in the inventory or ERP system.
- Issue materials to production or departments against approved requisitions.
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification and cycle counts.
- Monitor stock levels and raise reorder alerts to avoid shortages.
- Maintain proper labelling,



storage and housekeeping of the store.
- Coordinate with purchase and production teams on material availability.
- Prepare stock and inventory reports for management.

Requirements

- Any Graduate/Diploma with experience in stores or inventory management.
- Working knowledge of inventory or ERP software.
- Good understanding of stock control and documentation processes.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
