Job Title: Psychologist – Mental Health Facilitator
Position Overview:
- The Psychologist is responsible for delivering high-quality psychological services across assigned institutions.
- The role focuses on individual counselling, group sessions, workshops, life-skills training, and student wellness evaluations, while maintaining ethical standards, punctuality, and accurate documentation.
- The Psychologist plays a frontline role in student support, early identification of distress, crisis response (under supervision), and effective use of the Self Talk Platform for service delivery and documentation.
- The role also contributes to program-based module creation and mental health awareness content for digital platforms.
- Education Master’s Degree in Psychology / Counselling Psychology / Clinical Psychology (Mandatory)
- Experience Minimum 1+ year of counselling experience, Exposure to group work or workshops preferred Willingness to learn crisis-handling and institutional protocols
