We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Executive to support procurement activities for our interior turnkey projects. The candidate will assist in vendor coordination, material sourcing, quotation comparison, purchase orders, price negotiation, follow-ups, and timely material delivery.

Freshers are also welcome to apply, if they have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or a related field and are interested in building a career in Purchase & Procurement.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with project/site teams for material requirements.
- Source materials from existing and new vendors.
- Collect and compare vendor quotations.
- Assist in price negotiation and purchase decisions.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs).
- Follow up with vendors for material availability and delivery.
- Maintain purchase, quotation, PO and vendor records.
- Track material orders and delivery timelines.
- Maintain and update the vendor database.




- Coordinate with Accounts/Finance for purchase documentation.
- Support cost-saving and vendor development initiatives.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in BBA, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or related stream.
- 1-2 years of experience in purchase/procurement.
- Freshers with the relevant educational background are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in interior, construction, turnkey, furniture or related industry will be an advantage.
- Valuable communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Excellent Command on MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Willingness to visit project sites/vendor locations when required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
