VITAL CARES is a healthcare platform dedicated to providing online consultations, patient counselling, and medicine delivery services. We connect patients with healthcare professionals and guide them throughout their treatment journey.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact and follow up with patient leads generated through digital marketing campaigns.
- Understand patient concerns and explain available treatment programs.
- Provide empathetic and professional health counselling over phone calls.
- Schedule online consultations with doctors and healthcare experts.
- Guide patients regarding treatment plans, medicines, and delivery processes.
- Maintain patient records and update CRM systems regularly.
- Build trust and long-term relationships with patients.
- Achieve monthly counselling and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the medical and operations team for smooth patient support.

Requirements





- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Prior experience in telecalling, sales, healthcare counselling, or customer support is preferred.
- Solid interpersonal and convincing abilities.
- Basic knowledge of healthcare services is an advantage.
- Comfortable working with CRM software, WhatsApp, and spreadsheets.
- Positive attitude, patience, and patient-centric approach.

Preferred Experience

- Telecalling: 1+ years
- Healthcare Counselling: Preferred
- Sales Experience: Preferred
