Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and maintain all electrical systems, lighting, panels, breakers, cables, and distribution boards in the warehouse, yard, office, and utility areas.
- Attend electrical breakdowns quickly, identify faults, carry out repairs, and minimize equipment downtime.
- Manage reefer container plug-in/plug-out, monitor power supply, maintain connection logs, and coordinate with operations for uninterrupted reefer cargo power.
- Inspect warehouse and facility conditions, including roofing, walls, flooring, shutters, docks, drainage, and identify leakages, seepage, water accumulation, or structural damage.
- Coordinate and follow up on electrical, civil, plumbing, HVAC, fire safety, equipment, carpentry, painting, and other facility maintenance works.




- Raise maintenance requests, obtain vendor quotations, follow up on repairs and preventive maintenance, verify completed work, and support bill approvals.
- Monitor diesel stock and consumption, maintain proper records of electrical, fire safety, maintenance activities, daily maintenance logs, and breakdown reports.
- Support installation and shifting of equipment, CCTV, networking, and other operational infrastructure while ensuring proper facility upkeep and uninterrupted operations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
