Job Summary

We are seeking an Oracle HCM Technical Consultant with 5–8 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM technical development and support. The candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in BI Publisher, OTBI, HDL, HCM Extract, Fast Formula, and OIC, with the ability to independently design, develop, test, and support technical components across Oracle HCM Cloud engagements.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and support reports using BI Publisher and OTBI.
- Build and support inbound and outbound data processes using HDL and HCM Extracts.
- Develop and troubleshoot Fast Formulas for HCM requirements.
- Support integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud — OIC.
- Work with functional consultants to understand requirements and design technical solutions.
- Support data migration activities including template preparation, load validation, error correction, and reconciliation.
- Participate in technical design discussions, impact analysis, and solution walkthroughs.
- Support SIT, UAT, deployment, hypercare, and production issue resolution.
- Prepare and maintain technical design documents, migration templates, test scripts, and deployment documents.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM technical areas including:

o BI Publisher
o OTBI
o HDL
o HCM Extract
o Fast Formula
o OIC

- Experience in technical design, development, testing, and production support.
- Valuable understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud data model and business processes.




- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues across reports, extracts, formulas, integrations, and data loads.
- Experience in working with functional teams, integration teams, and business users.
- Understanding of data migration activities and validation processes.

Good to Have

- Experience in at least 2 Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects.
- Knowledge of HSDL, REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, approval workflows, and security roles.
- Exposure to integration monitoring, error handling, and reconciliation processes.
- Oracle Fusion Technical or Oracle HCM Cloud certification.

Key Responsibilities
1. To be responsible for providing technical guidance / solutions ;define, advocate, and implement best practices and coding standards for the team.
2. To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity
3. To ensure process compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
4. To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.
