Supervise daily packing activities for tablets, capsules, powders, liquids, sachets, or gummies.

Ensure packaging operations comply with GMP, SOPs, and company quality standards.

Allocate manpower and monitor shift-wise productivity.

Verify line clearance before starting packaging activities.

Ensure correct packaging materials, labels, batch coding, and artwork are used.

Coordinate with Production, QA, QC, Warehouse, and Maintenance departments.

Maintain packaging records, BPR/BMR, logbooks, and daily production reports.

Monitor machine performance and report any breakdowns to the maintenance team.

Minimize packing losses and improve productivity.

Ensure housekeeping, 5S, and safety standards are maintained in the packing area.

Train operators and packing staff on SOPs and GMP practices.

Handle deviations, incidents, and corrective actions in coordination with QA.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Experience:

- packing supervisor in pharmaceutical& nutra : 1 year (Required)
