- Manage & mentor 3 BDEs and drive daily, weekly & monthly targets.
- Build current business channels through banks, NBFCs, builders, engineers & referral partners.
- Develop sales strategy to generate leads, improve conversions & grow revenue.
- Monitor BDE performance, field activities, follow ups, pipeline & sales reviews.
- Own team results and ensure consistent target achievement & business growth.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
