Role Purpose: Lead complex Hybris development tasks, act as a technical mentor, and ensure stability and scalability of Discount Tire’s eCommerce platforms and Product Browse application.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own RCA and resolution for critical incidents and complex order-flow issues.
- Design and implement hotfixes and enhancements (up to 100 hours/month).
- Review code, enforce best practices, and guide junior developers.
- Collaborate with SDM for governance and KPI reporting.
- Ensure compliance with PCI, ADA, and security standards.
- Participate in release planning and CAB meetings.
- Cross-train team members on Hybris, Java, and GraphQL integrations.

Required Skills:

- 8+ years in SAP Commerce (Hybris) development; 2+ years in technical leadership.




- Expertise in SAP hybris modules such as payment integrations, order management, cart and checkout, promotion engine.
- Solid Java/J2EE, Spring MVC, OCC APIs, and SAP ECC/S4 integration experience.
- Expertise in performance tuning and troubleshooting complex Hybris issues.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and automated testing frameworks.
- GraphQL knowledge for API-driven integrations.
- Open to work US business hours + On-call for P1s (Arizona time zone)

Offshore with overlap for US hours.
