Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Industry know how-
Knowledge of raw material rates, standards and trend across rubber industries
Industry study, Product study, Technologies and Trends, Spend analysis, Design and cost drivers, M&M; Business needs, Strategy Options, Strategy recommendations and approval
Cost Management –
Knowledge of Rubber costing and technical details about the same
Negotiation, alternate sourcing, localization, VAVE
Should be able to cost the product based on drawing.
Capacity Management - Detailed capacity analysis, Gap analysis and action planning and effective execution
Supplier Management -Onsite supplier assessments, identification of Gaps, action planning and monitoring
Adherence to Statutory requirement for Audit
Timely RM Settlement(Quarterly/Half-yearly)
