Job Overview

We are a newly establishing fund house seeking elite, disciplined Proprietary Derivatives Traders to deploy capital in the Indian equity markets. This role focuses strictly on directional, spread, and arbitrage strategies within NSE Index and Stock Futures.

Important Notice: Our fund operates strictly within the futures market. We do not trade options. Traders looking to deploy options strategies (buying or selling) will not be considered.

Core Responsibilities

- Deploy capital exclusively in NSE Index Futures (Nifty, Bank Nifty, FinNifty, etc.) and NSE Liquid Stock Futures.
- Develop, refine, and execute systematic or discretionary intraday and swing trading strategies.
- Manage risk strictly according to the fund house capital preservation mandates and drawdown limits.
- Utilize advanced charting platforms, order management systems, and data feeds to identify market inefficiencies.
- Maintain an institutional-grade trading journal with daily performance tracking and strategy post-mortems.

Candidate Requirements

- Experience: Minimum 2 to 4 years of continuous live trading experience in NSE futures.
- Track Record:



Proven capability to generate consistent profits, backed by verifiable audited P&L; statements or broker notes.
- Market Focus: Deep understanding of market microstructure, order flow, futures premium/discount dynamics, and rollover data.
- Risk Discipline: Demonstrated mastery over position sizing, leverage management, and hard stop-loss execution.
- Education: A degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or Engineering is preferred but secondary to a proven profitable track record.
